ACTIVE/NEW PHYSICIAN MEMBERSHIP (MD,DO,DPM) – $365.00/year ($385 after 12/1/2024)*
AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP (DDS) – $290.00/year ($310 after 12/1/2024)*
EMERITUS MEMBERSHIP (RETIRED NON PRACTICING PHYSICIAN, APPROVAL NECESSARY) – $75/year ($85 after 12/1/2024)*
RESIDENT PHYSICIAN MEMBERSHIP – Reduced to $35/year*
